Alzheimer's/Dementia Course for Caregivers

Join us for this series and walk away with: knowledge of how dementia affects thinking skills; effective ways to respond to changes in behavior; skills to choose appropriate activities & minimize confusion; methods to reduce stress & take care of yourself; confidence to set and alter care-giving goals; and strategies to manage activities of daily living. This is a four-class series, Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning March 3. Classes are 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Materials and a light meal are provided. The course is free but please sign up in advance online.
