Ash Wednesday Worship Service
February 22, 6:15pm
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent, a 46 day journey of repentance and preparation for Easter. Those who are able are asked to fast until after the worship service. Communion and the marking of ashes will be a part of this worship service. Join us as we prepare our hearts and lives for resurrection living through Jesus Christ!

Worship Choir
Wednesday Rehearsals from 7:30pm-8:30pm
Singers will join their voices for the weeks leading up to Easter, April 8. The choir will sing twice a month in the 2nd & 3rd worship services with Sunday AM sound checks at 9:15am. Childcare is provided by calling the nursery at least 5 days before the rehearsal at 692-4242, ext. 110. Join us! (We will not meet together the week of February 22 due to the Ash Wednesday Service.)

Orchestra Sundays
February 12 & 26
The Orchestra will rehearse on Wednesdays, February 8 at 6:00pm & February 22 at 7:00pm (following the Ash Wednesday Service) to prepare for worship. We will meet each Sunday morning at 7:30am for a warm-up/sound check. (Due to the level of music we play, you must have at least 2 years of experience playing an instrument.) If you are able to join the Orchestra, please contact the music office (x102) in advance of the rehearsal so that your music will be ready.

CHAIR TEAM
Teams of two are needed to straighten chairs in the Worship Center on Saturdays on a revolving schedule. This only takes about one hour. See Doug Wohletz to get on the schedule.
PEW POCKET TEAM
Join the team that sharpens pencils and keeps the chair info current, neat & orderly. Work at your own speed and fit it into your week. See Myrna & Jo Fountain today!
SOUND TECH
Join the team! We will train you on Wednesday evenings during band rehearsal. A 2-person team works together each Sunday AM worship experience. See Sam Pass.
COMPUTER OPERATORS
Run the computer software in the sound booth for worship service once a month. We will train you. See Coordinator Betty Fisher.
USHERS
Join an usher team by contacting the head usher in the service you attend. 8:15am Greer Summers/9:30am Larry Hink/10:50am Janice Plumley
ACOLYTES
