Please email your prayer requests to Laura Aldridge or call 692-4242, ext. 106 to activate the prayer chain. Laura is in charge of the Congregational Care Ministries at St. Andrews. She compiles a weekly list of all the prayer requests and emails the list to the prayer chain. These requests are also listed in the Sunday morning slides so that the entire church is alerted to pray and/or send a note of encouragement.

God hears your prayers and, YES, He answers those prayers! Phillipians 4:5-7 tells us: "Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." James 5:14-16 encourages us: "Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective."
